Flora of Singapore

I am currently working on a commission for the Singapore Botanic Gardens to do 36 black and white plates for publication in the Flora of Singapore. The pen and ink drawings will feature specimens from the Lamiaceae, Lauraceae and Acanthaceae plant families. Work started at Kew in April 2018 and 22 plates are now complete. Below is the plate representing Ocimum basilicum.

One of my plates is currently part of an exhibition called ‘Botanical Lines’ in the gallery at Singapore Botanic Gardens. This exhibition will be open until 3 April 2022.
